By submitting the form below you request a Battery Replacement for your SaddleClip.

After receiving your SaddleClip we will first test and analyse your SaddleClip.

When confirmed that it really is your Battery that needs replacement we will replace your battery and you’ll get a full year warranty on your new battery.

In order to replace your battery, a small puncture will be made on the side of your SaddleClip. This little puncture (0.5mm) does not affect the quality of your SaddleClip. It has no effect on the structural integrity and your SaddleClip will remain waterproof.

If the analysis shows that there is another problem that won’t be resolved by replacing your battery, we will contact you before we take any action.

(only applicable when outside of warranty period, within warranty it will be free of charge)

Pricing excluding VAT where applicable. Shipment costs depend on your location and is indicated in the email you received from Customer Service.

After analysis, we’ll send a payment request for payment of the repair costs. We’ll use the email address from the form below.
